Systemic work examines individuals within the systems in which they live: a family organization, a culture. The issues that people are facing can be uncovered and show from a systemic point of view, unexpected solutions.

The essential facts have always a connection with a heavy fate of family members. The following is an overview of the most common examples of a heavy fate.
- Early dead brothers or sisters, Born children and miscarriages,
- Early dead parents, died in childbirth,
- Major accident, severe diseases
- Physical or mental disability, severe abuse, incest,
- Suicide, victims of crime,
- Incarceration (e.g., in prison, concentration camp),

The Family soul
How is it that some issues so long remain or return time and again? Also, how much is that when all is said and done, some problems remain? The answer is given by Bert Hellinger, the founder of the family constellations: Look in the bigger picture where people are located. A family or organization seems to have his or her own soul and a collective conscience. Rupert Sheldrake declares the fields from the morphogenetic theory. If the balance is disturbed in a system, the system tries to find a solution. Apparently iIndividual members of the system turn out to be prepared to have their share of in their love for the system. If this love is blind it may be destructive. For example, when a mother of a child died before her time, one of her children can feel in his soul ' I'm following you, no matter where you go '. The result may be that a child is seriously ill or suicidal or in the end die to soon. Such entanglements can be brought to light and repaired before further damage can take place.
The method in the brief
With the help of representatives from the group the family system is set in a constellation in the area. With the appropriate attention, even without prior knowledge of the system of the subject, the representatives pick up the feelings from the system in that constellation of representatives. In the deep layers of a system, it often demonstrates a healing effect the individual lives of people of the system of the subject, as well as the representatives of the family members. As the children become older, they would like to follow and carry the luggage for the parents or grandparents; this is a blind love. The child sees only his own love, not that of his deceased mother. If a child is in the new position beyond the naïve look of blind love, he can see that the mother loves her child and take care of her own destiny ans will wish him the very best. In that stadium the child can no longer say what it said before. Often a change in attitudes of the family members is visible after a support-question (incubation-question) in such a constellation. On the basis of the client intuitive chosen representatives, the relatives of the client, shall be drawn up, the constellation comes to life and any entanglements will be visible for the trained eye of the facilitator. The key here are major events in the family, such as the death of children at an early age, miscarriages and abortions and other forgotten or ‘excluded’ family members, serious accidents, and family secrets. In particular, the silence or the holding of family secrets are working to future generations, as a result of that what was unconsciously given as a carriage to the child, which keep, by children from future generations are taken into custody. Sometimes we suggest to form a constellation of inner parts, somatic parts of the body or organs, that often appear to be the result of entanglements in the system, which manifest in a human body. By the way we like to have couples in the Group who are parents themselves.

Biodanza is a very special system of personal development. It helps you in a natural way to discover, uncover actually, who you really are and to bring you back to your essence.
Though all history and in every culture people have danced to express their emotions in times of happiness and sorrow. But in our Western world we tend to suppress our feelings and needs. There is hardy any possibility to express ourselves in a natural way. We have lost the deep connection with ourselves. In Biodanza we are using music, movement and dance to get back the memory of our pure being, in a joyful and natural way, our real identity. It is system that integrates our mind, our heart and our desires. During a Biodanza session (vivencia) the participants do not speak or analyse. You just dance and the rest will be done by your body. Simple as that. Biodanza provides a sound basis to build the Family Constelation. The dancing experience, facilitated by Anneke and Arnold, brings a harmonious integration of each participant within himself and within the group. The entanglements of a person which were originally caused by the blind love of the child for the system, in which he was born, is often the beginning of the creation of a series of coping-styles which efficiently can be optimised by core-fusion training after the entanglements has come into the conscious mind via the effect of a family constellation process.

Group participants as surrogate family members.
The participant places them in the room according to his inner picture. In this way, an energy field of this specific family is created that gives astonishingly precise insight into the hidden dynamics. When asked about their feelings and other matters, the chosen family members answer in the place of the real family members, often with such precision that they even catch the posture, tone of voice, physical attributes, or the exact phrasing of the person represented: and this without knowing much about them.
Family Constellations reveal hidden loyalties or forgotten members of our family clan.
They uncover how we secretly and unconsciously, and fueled by deep love, take on sorrows, guilt or pain of our predecessors, in the hope of freeing them from suffering and unhappiness. Not knowing that we hope in vain, we fail: We have to, because in taking on our mothers shame or our fathers sorrow we go against the natural flow of life, cut ourselves off from health and happiness, and in the end weaken the very ones that we want to support. Only if we have the courage to leave their life challenges to them, can we fully live in our own power. For instance, could we ever imagine that unhappiness or health problems could be connected to a stillborn child of our grandmother? Or that difficulties with a current partner could be related to an abortion 15 years ago or even to the former partner of ones mother? The severe illness of a child caused by an adoption?
The same love that creates entanglements heals when it becomes conscious.
Through rearranging the positioning of the family members we find a solution that allows every family member to take up their rightful place in the family system. Everyone's individual fate is accepted and respected, no matter what it is. Then everyone can feel honoured and achieves dignity.
This will free the flow of love and strength in the family
And each individual member is then able to live a fulfilling life according to their own purpose. Illness, relationship problems, personal or professional dissatisfaction are (then) seen in a whole new light. The healing powers within begin to unfold.
As every member of the Orchestra is free and honoured to play his own instrument the best way he can, the Music unfolds.
